What we’ve done

Cut and Mustard is a production company that specialises in bespoke, non-traditional live shows. We work with global talent who have found success on platforms like YouTube or in developing their own podcasts, and we help them bring their world to life on stage.

WHO WE ARE

Thomas Greenwood-Mears

Managing Director

Before his time at Endemol Shine Tom was head of commercial partnerships at ITV, launching projects for some of the studio’s biggest entertainment brands. He brings more than a decades worth of experience from across the whole media landscape, from production, to advertising, to consumer licensing, to digital.

Tom founded Cut and Mustard in 2018 having headed up Endemol Shine’s Live Events since 2015. He has devised and produced shows that have toured all over the world, selling hundreds of thousands of tickets and pushing the boundaries for what a talent led show can be.

Valdie Poter

Head of Development

Valdie has worked in the event industry for over 10 years. Originally working in sales, he launched many high profile live events for key entertainment brands such as Britain’s Next Top Model in London, America’s Next Top Model in Canada and Star Trek in London & Germany.

Since starting at Endemol Shine and subsequently Cut & Mustard, Valdie now develops ideas for new tours/stage shows, project manages tours, events and international projects as well as managing relationships with high profile YouTube and Celebrity talent.

Stuart Baynes

Production Manager

Stuart came onboard the Cut and Mustard team in early 2019. Originally from Australia, he graduated with a Bachelor of Film and Television in 2011 from Swinburne University (Melbourne) and begun a career in Production.

Since then he has worked as a Production Co-ordinator across the UK & Australia working with Matchbox Pictures, MTV, Deluxe Technicolor, Sky, Big Light Productions & Endemol Shine Australia among others. Managing the whole lifecycle of the creative and production process is an area of speciality and experience.
